Sea Glass Counseling Services is owned by Ashley Gruber, a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor. Ashley specializes in memory and brain health, caregiver support, life transitions, anxiety, grief and depression. She is specifically certified in dementia and memory care, grief and bereavement, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ashley is an active member of the American Counseling Association and South Carolina Counseling Association. In her counseling career, Ashley has created and implemented a menu of counseling services including individual counseling, virtual counseling and caregiver support groups.

Ashley resides in Beaufort, South Carolina with her husband, two sons, and two Golden Retrievers. Soaking in the life-giving energy of the Lowcountry tides, Ashley enjoys exploring local beaches with her family for shark teeth, shells and of course, sea glass.
